Position Title: Java Developer

Location: Newark, DE

Expected Duration: 12 months

Must Have

• Java/J2EE
• Web Services testing
• Core Java

Job Description

As key developer onshore to develop critical Bank application Development in agile practice and production implementation and support Core Java, WebSphere application server Xtreme cache implementation. Java concurrent processing, Web Services API development, SOAP Services, REST services. Object oriented Design pattern implementation.

Excellent communication and organization skill, leading hands on development group. Coding in Java, executing unit testing to ensure high quality code. Contact with other developers, Feature Lead, technical analyst. Will be working in agile scrum team, will be a member of agile team size of 12 -15 people. Will be working on eProfile application team, application is handling all the digital customer logins daily.

Required (hard) skills/experience

1. Core Java

2. J2EE

3. Web Service working experience

Preferred skills/experience

1. Java Concurrent Processing

2. Cache implementation

3. Rule engine implementation such as Groovy

Characteristics of the top performer-Can lead a group of Developer and QA resource (up to 4)

Required educational background or certification-Bachelors

Preferred educational background or certification-Computer science, data science, engineering

Manager will ask About past experience with webService development.
