BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Senior Business Analyst at Quincy ,Massachusetts 02171...!!

• Act as a liaison with operational, business and technical teams using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements
• Research, identify, and specify solutions to system issues
• Operates as a team member and as a team leader, as appropriate. Advises on methods to improve business processes
• Perform quality assurance, as needed
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the Gainwell technical team
• Participate in the estimation of COs, as appropriate
• Assist in the development and maintenance of functional documentation
• Assist in the documentation of test plans and test cases, and maintain them based on new projects/releases
• Participate in Design and Unit Test Walkthroughs, as needed
• Document and publish meeting minutes, as needed
