Program Manager VBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager V for Remote. Role Mandate:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic Global Programs team. The Program Manager will play a critical role in driving adoption for various programs aimed at internal sales teams and advertisers. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- The position requires strong Project Management skill and ability to drive results working with cross functional partners. Understanding of Digital ad industry, and analytical background will be of added advantage.
- Own & Drive Program adoption with Sales teams, Advertisers, Agencies & Partners. Manage all workstreams related to program activation.
- Partner with various cross-functional teams like Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Legal to deliver Programs.
- Develop internal & external communication, reports, collaterals needed for successful program activation.
- Act as a program activation STO - manage meeting cadences, processes, documentation.
- Work closely with Business Marketing teams to develop and execute activation plans to drive adoption.
- Use data to develop reports on progress including status updates to executive leaders,
- Manage inbound from Sales and other stakeholders - questions, queries & escalations.
- Experience in Business Marketing roles
- Strong operational background - bringing teams and functions together to increase efficiency
- Comfortable working with a cross functional teams across time zones
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel etc.
- Self-starter, comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating these priorities to leadership and stakeholders
- Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a start-up environment
- Good analytical skills - ability to work with data to create meaningful reports and provide insights
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
