Case Processor

Description:
Process domestic academic certification cases by matching high school core courses on transcript(s) with approved core courses in database and entering data in database system according to Eligibility Center and NCAA policies and procedures. Process amateurism certifications by validating information related to a student's athletic activities and applying NCAA amateurism legislation in accordance with Eligibility Center and NCAA policies and procedures. Requires a mastery of academic certification knowledge as defined by policies and procedures and a mastery of amateurism certification operational guidelines. Requires critical problem-solving and detail-oriented thinking and proficiency with online research. Must meet and exceed academic and amateurism certification performance metrics which include both quantitative and qualitative standards.
