Job Requirement:

  • The Compensation Specialist utilizes general knowledge to administer processes related to the delivery of compensation solutions to managers and employees.
  • Responsibilities require performing compensation activities for managers and employees with supervision.
  • Provides consulting to clients and stakeholders regarding the interpretation and delivery of existing compensation policies, programs, and processes, with general supervision.
  • Provides support for salary survey submission & auditing with general supervisor
  • Develops written job descriptions in support of manager needs
  • Responding to client-related requests, as appropriate.

Minimum Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

Other Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of Compensation experience
  • Strong analytical abilities and excel skills
  • Ability to be flexible in a changing environment and interface effectively within and cross-functionally in a team environment
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information

Additional Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of Human Resources/Business experience and/or systems related position
  • 3 or more years Compensation experience
