BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for an opportunity in Phoenix, AZ, 85007!

Position Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85007

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 5+ Months with the possibility of extension.

Job Type: FULL TIME Contract

Pay Range: [16.00/hr.] - [17.00/hr.]

Job Description:

This position assists the public about Labor Department programs, related laws, policies and procedures regarding the filing of claims and complaints. This position requires the ability to answer public inquiries by phone, in person or through claim applications and correspondence. The person in this position accepts claims and complaints for all Labor Department programs, ensures the application is complete, processes them in the database, prepares notices to employers and answers questions regarding the status of claims throughout the claims process. The person in this position will also direct inquiries and questions to other department staff members or to other government agencies as appropriate.
