BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager I for an opportunity in United States.

Position Title: Program Manager I

Location: New York, NY

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $50-55 /hr. on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Drive execution to operationalize company-wide privacy programs.
• Work with legal, privacy and product leadership teams to ensure the cross-company work on regulatory priorities is executed in an efficient & effective manner.
• Run day to day compliance related operations.
• Prepare communication materials and progress tracking for multiple audiences.
• Create mechanisms for identifying and monitoring updates, milestones and roadblocks on privacy work and ensuring leadership is aware of status and progress.
• Drive consistency of process, practices, and execution across company-wide privacy workstreams.
• Align necessary cross-functional business strategies to ensure success in operational execution.
• Project manage and prioritize work based on urgency and complexity while building operational cadences across technical and operational teams to coordinate work.
• Set priorities, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of work experience in consulting, audit, or compliance operations
• 1+ years' experience running project management or program management initiatives (e.g. organization-wide initiatives, large scale integration management).
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA and familiarity with similar privacy data protection legislation.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Master's in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of work experience in consulting, audit, business operations, program management or other operational disciplines.
• 2+ years' experience in implementing or auditing privacy compliance programs.
