Job Description

 

This role is responsible for time entry from various sources dependent on client needs. Duties include but are not limited to: importing time from a client timekeeping system into the BCF system,  keying time into timekeeping system for payout, submitting timesheet adjustments in vendor timekeeping system, tracking approval of timesheets, tracking people on alternate work schedule, and other tasks as needed. This position will require communication with resources, clients, and our internal teams to ensure all time is accurately captured and recorded.

 

Ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Work requires the exercise of independent thinking within the limits of policies, standards, and precedents. The applicant must be extremely detail oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with little supervision.

 

This role will be responsible for obtaining hours for W2 and subcon resources from various sources- ticket system, VMS, and imported entries. This person will also be responsible for working with the Accounting team on any needed adjustments. There are also several other smaller Accounting tasks that will need to be covered.
