BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst for remote position.

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $65-$70/hr.

[JOB DESCRIPTION]

The Salesforce CPQ Business analyst will focus on Salesforce CPQ features and be responsible for working on the Quote to Cash process within SFDC and third-party integrations. This role will require extensive hands-on Salesforce CPQ business analyst experience. This resource must have excellent functional and Business analyst skills to deliver seamless client interaction while effectively working with cross-functional teams. Collaboration with the Business teams and Development teams to analyze business requirements and transform them into a requirement specification document. Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives and meeting global goals successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Should be able to analyze business requirements around quoting workflows (bundle configurations, product selection, pricing, quote approval workflows etc) and be able to recommend better business and systems processes.

? Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and oversee the build activities to deliver integrated solutions from the design stage to a production deployment with a focus on SFDC best practices.

? Create and maintain detailed functional & training documentation for requirement specifications.

? Prepare & conduct end user demos for CPQ feature roll out.

? Provide system administration support of customized Salesforce applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.

? Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and experience with Salesforce CPQ required.

? Experience with quote-to-order processes with knowledge of Product/ Bundle setup, Product rules, Price rules, Pricing, Discounting, and Quote templates.

? Experience with WebServices Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow and Assignment Rules and Advance Approvals.

? Working knowledge of SFDC integration is strongly preferred.

? Strong customer focus with a high tolerance for ambiguity and requirement changes.

? Strong problem-solving mindset to ensure creative and logical thinking for potential solutions.

? Ability to be flexible and proactive to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements, customer objectives, and meeting global goals successfully.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field

? Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce CPQ certification preferred

? Minimum 5 years' experience working on the Salesforce CPQ & Salesforce platform in general
