• The Business Analyst elicits project requirements from the customer, either external or internal depending on who initiated the project. They also design system enhancements by analyzing current processes/systems with respect to requirements.

  Additional Responsibilities

• Documents project requirements and specifications according to standard templates.
• Interprets customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements/solutions.
• Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team.
• Liaison between the business and technical teams.
• Develops test plans and detailed test cases.
• Performs model office testing and other testing as necessary.
• Performs verification of the functionalities once implemented.
• Updates business documentation if impacted by a project or system change.
