Call Center Representative/Customer Service Representative
BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Representative/Customer Service Representative at Baton Rouge, LA 70809
TRAINING WILL BE ONSITE THEN REMOTE WORK THEREAFTER
Job Description Summary
- Provider Enrollment Call Center Specialist
- Responds to basic customer inquiries and requests.
Essential Job Functions
- Answers telephones and responds to basic customer questions using established methods provided in training.
- Records call on account history record with details and results of the inquiry.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Customer service or other telephone experience
- Experience working with fax machines, scanners, computer software, and telephone technology.
- Experience working with and skilled in help desk services preferred.
Other Qualifications
- Medicaid, Medicare, insurance and/or healthcare knowledge a plus
- Proficient with virtual meeting and chat applications such as Zoom, Team, Skype, and Facetime
- Good communication skills
Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70809
Expected Duration: 2 Months contract with strong possibility of extension.
Wage: Hourly, W2
