BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Program Coordinator / Resource Systems Coordinator an opportunity in Indianapolis, IN 46204

Position Title: Program Coordinator / Resource Systems Coordinator
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204
Expected Duration: 6 months

Job Summary

  • Able to interpret, record, & develop tracking methods in adherence with DEP systems for logistical and inventory records
  • Assist with vaccine and ancillary redistribution chain of custody reporting with partner agencies
  • Utilizes Microsoft Excel to create, revise, interpret and improve tracking methods
  • Responsible for coordination of test kit approval process and shipment reports via Langham Portal
  • Assists in the facilitation of delivery, setup, and return of offsite equipment and supplies for DEP
  • Familiar with Standard Operating Procedures and User Guides for DEP Logistics Division
  • May be tasked to duties non-specific to their daily job in support of the Preparedness Covid-19 Response needs

Job Requirements:

Detail oriented and high organizational skills are needed to develop, edit, and improve tracking methods for reporting
Establishes records keeping program principles and practices related to the maintenance of accurate and systematic records
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work under extreme pressure with multiple agencies & local partners
Extensive and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must be able to identify problems and/or solutions and problem solve independently or make recommendations in a respectful manner
General knowledge of business process and practices (preferably in respect to state and federal procedures)
Ability to work independently and with little direct supervision
Must be able to prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing program requirements, policies, and timelines for completion of work

Requirements:

Work will consist of 90% time being spent sitting at desk using a computer and looking at multiple monitors in the office, warehouse or in the field.
