Project Manager IIIBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager III for an opportunity in United States. Position Title: Project Manager IIILocation: Houston, TX preferredAnticipated Start Date: 05/06/2024.Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 12 Months.Job Type: Contract Pay Range: $60-70/hr. on W2Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Job Title: Project Manager III Duration: 12 monthsLocation: Houston, TX preferred but also open to NYC Responsibilities:
- Manage project activities that support program management including calendaring, vendor management, content management, and global communication.
- Build cross-functional relationships between departments and with external vendors.
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities while minimizing risk.
- Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Direct, review and approve deliverable designs and changes.
- Consult or negotiate with internal stakeholders to prepare project specifications.
- Provide expertise and data analysis of the Business Partners for Agencies program KPIs, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic plans.
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and project management software, such as Asana.
- 3+ years' experience in project management coordination
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Event and educational workshop management experience preferred.
- Cross group collab: Stakeholders data scientist/marketing scientist, transforming technical content for easy-to-understand dashboards.
- Project management/budget management skills
- Communication, write posts, go to market team (documentations)
- Training experience (facilitating training and education sessions)
- Web Development and Event Management skills
