Job responsibilities
- A Quality Specialist is responsible for reviewing a statistical sampling of the operational aspects within each Center of Excellence (Image Service, Document Execution, Special Process and Auto) ensuring quality and consistency are achieved throughout Loan Administration.
- A Quality Specialist works closely with their Supervisors and Business Partners to ensure departmental standards are met, while working as a team and/or independently with strong attention to detail.
- Perform quality reviews with established set of criteria / guidelines
- Work with limited supervision meeting performance related standards and goals for quality and productivity
- Enter all quality results in ACES, following the proper procedures for pass / fail entries
- Effectively communicate with Supervisor / Team, as needed
- Complete all work as it's assigned to meet service levels and Legal/Compliance requirements
- The Contractor will work closely with Supervisor to ensure departmental standards are met, while working as a team and/or independently with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of mortgage documents.
