Position Title: Recruiter AdvancedLocation: Plano, TX 75024
Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 6 months contract with possibility for the contract to be extended.Pay Rate : $37.24 per hour on W2Onsite
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit for a wide variety of positions. Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring manager for review.
- Relationship/stakeholder management.
- Manage the full recruiting process and develop strategies.
- Guide hiring managers on recruitment policies.
- Source and present candidates, refine strategies based on feedback.
- Collaborate with senior management and HR to anticipate needs.
- Share innovative solutions to streamline processes.
- Understand recruiting needs and manage expectations.
- Ensure positive candidate experiences and communicate effectively.
- Educate candidates on career growth and benefits.
- Discuss compensation expectations to close offers.
- Provide market data to support client needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively.
- Experience as a Product and Design recruiter.
- Technical, sourcing, full-life cycle, or agency recruiting.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
