BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Consultant SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Fully Remote.
Position Title: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Location: Fully Remote Anticipated Start Date: 9th-June-2025 Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 12+ months contract to permanent Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY), [CONTRACT], [Remote] Pay Range: $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Description:
Skills and Experience
* 7+ years of SAP experience as an SAP implementation consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll module or SAP Payroll
* Must know processes and configurations in the area of EC Payroll, Core HR and its integration with each other as well as SAP
* Knowledge and experience with EC and COMP will be preferred
* SAP HCM/HR module skills will be preferred.
* At least five end to end SAP projects implementation experience
* Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications
* Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
* Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
* Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives
* Experience and knowledge of ASAP Methodology
* Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self motivating and be able to plan your own work.
