Contract Sales Coordinator I (Auditor)BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Contract Sales Coordinator I in Cary, NC 27513 Position Title: Contract Sales Coordinator I (Auditor)Location: Cary, NC 27513Duration: 12 monthsShift: 1st shift position, flexible hours, but phones run 10am to 5pm so must be available to work most of those hours. Will be able to discuss during interview process. Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)
Pay Range: $23hr-$25.35/hr
(Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Specific Position Requirements Onsite 4 days a week but could change to 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) Day-to-day:

- Audit State customer purchase orders for compliance with state contracts, co-op contracts programs and policies.
- Process sales through systems to enable accurate and timely dealer settlements and credits, along with invoicing end use customers
- Provide dealer channel & field team support and assistance with problem resolution and interpretation of policy and programs
- Prepare Audit Packets, Answer Phones in Call Center, Follow-up on Pending Deals
- Previous administrative experience.
- MS Office experience (especially Excel) is required.
- Accounting/Finance/Auditing background.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking are a must.
- Think outside of the box - if the candidate can only follow a set of rules and is not able to think outside of this, they will not be a good fit for this position.
- Must be able to move between multiple systems effortlessly
- Candidates must be trainable and willing to learn.
- Professionalism when dealing with all internal or external customers and dealers
