About the RoleClient's Marketing team is focused on building preference and driving everyday usage for Client's suite of products. We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to serve as a strategic operational partner across the marketing and product ecosystem. This role will act as the central liaison across Channel Foundations, Marketing, and Product teams, leading the go-to-market (GTM) and editorial calendars while ensuring flawless execution of 360 integrated campaigns.The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of operational rigor, marketing campaign management experience, and deep cross-functional collaboration skills. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and have the ability to unify teams around a common vision. Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage Client Marketing's editorial and GTM calendars across Product Marketing, Brand, Social, Communications, Creator Marketing, and Product teams.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment, on-time delivery, and continuous optimization for speed and scalability.
- Develop and refine processes, workflows, and guidelines for effective use of owned, shared, and paid marketing channels.
- Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment on campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Lead project execution from conception to launch including planning, stakeholder coordination, tracking, reporting, and internal communication.
- Organize and host creative workshops with internal cross-functional teams and agency partners to define campaign strategies for key moments and custom initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar operations or marketing leadership role within the consumer technology industry.
- Proven ability to manage and scale complex project plans across multiple functions (Marketing, Brand, Product, Engineering, Design).
- Strong understanding of measurement systems, A/B testing, and interpreting marketing data to drive business impact.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating data and strategy into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating cross-functionally in highly dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Detail & Process-Oriented: Skilled at building and managing strategic calendars and marketing workflows from end to end.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Adept at bringing together diverse teams and aligning stakeholders across functions.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Data-driven approach to identifying challenges and developing effective solutions.
