Position Title: Marketing Manager V

Location: New York (Remote)

Anticipated Start Date: 10/30/2024

Expected Duration: 06+ Months

Job Type: Contract (>%3D30 HRS WEEKLY)

Pay Range: $105 - $115

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

• Documentary films, grand prix
• Activation and live comedy show in Mexico was created in the past
• Celebrity involved is in NBA player
• Big production project- Giannis from the NBA was partnered with to create a documentary of his hometown: creative production in large scale, the candidate needs to be hands on and in roles where they are head in production. Project Management skills needed.
• Create documentary films are showcased on Amazon Prime
• Candidate has handled talent and big scale marketing campaigns, a lot of parties to be aligned
• 8 people, the team is structured per marketing priorities, a great level of flexibility is needed, we work with a lot of ambiguity and pivot quite a bit. Be comfortable in an ambiguous environment
• Project Management skills is very important, needs to be focused on strategy and operations, setting deadlines and hold people accountable. Strategy and Creativity ( you aren't the creative brain or the director, you have to hold people accountable and make sure they are running smoothly. This person needs to be extremely good and production and project management.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experienced in large scale creative production and development
• Project Management experience in campaigns, large initiatives, with (5+ years in creative productions)

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Brand Marketing and Creative Development in large brands ) nontraditional, creative marketing campaigns
• Advertisement Production

  Responsibilities:

• Set and own project timeline & budget for highly complex & large-scale projects
• Extensive experience working with creative teams, including both internal creative teams and/or external agency partners
• Create & review RFPs, treatments, budgets, project schedules and distribution plans
• Negotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters
• Manage external vendor relationships (talent, talent managers creative teams, illustrators, photographers, design firms, production companies, etc.)

  Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as a Producer at an agency or in-house production team
• Skilled at running projects with multiple stakeholders
• Extensive experience working with Brand Marketing, marketing XFN such as social, in-app, DS, media, insights, to sometimes other functions as well.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at same time at fast pace
• Great at building working relationships with core and cross-functional teams
• Great with time management, task prioritization, and identifying problems and work towards solutions
• Experience managing external creative and production partners
• Experience on digital and broadcast productions
• Organizational task and budget management experience
• Proven industry experience with understanding of how agencies work
