Instructional DesignerBCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated Instructional Designer for a Hybrid Opportunity. Position Title: Instructional DesignerLocation: Lakewood, COAnticipated Start Date: 11/11/2024Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 5+ monthsJob Type: Contract - HybridPay Range: $40/hr - $49/hrPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer to assist with our Learning Management System (LMS) migration and develop product certification courses, focusing on e-learning creation and course publishing within Docebo. This position will work closely with stakeholders to update, build, and launch engaging, accessible learning experiences for a diverse audience.
Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop interactive and visually engaging e-learning modules, job aids, presentations, and videos.
- Partner with subject matter experts to enhance and migrate existing content to the Docebo LMS,
maintaining high attention to detail.
- Manage timelines, assets, and resources using Asana, ensuring projects are on track and aligned with
objectives.
- Provide instructional design support for product training, incorporating adult learning best practices and
accessibility standards.
- Conduct user acceptance testing, publish SCORM files, build assessments, assign learners, and troubleshoot
- Proven experience in building e-learning materials.
- Hands-on experience with the Docebo LMS platform.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Basic video editing skills using tools like Camtasia.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience coordinating content development using Asana.
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities.
