Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Agentic AI Solutions Architect to join our team supporting a multiyear transformation within the Enterprise Service Strategy domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agentic AI architectures, Azure cloud, LLM-based systems, and enterprise integration and a proven ability to define guardrails, patterns, and reference architectures that enable safe, reliable, and scalable AI adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Design and govern modern agentic AI solutions and autonomous agents across the enterprise.
• Define solution-specific blueprints, interaction requirements, and interfaces for components and subsystems.
• Convert predetermined solution elements into secure designs that meet project and enterprise security needs.
• Lead architectural activities for a portfolio of solutions and align delivery to architectural standards.
• Partner with engineering, data, security, product, and business teams to identify use cases and assess automation readiness.
• Establish patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures for AI-driven workflows, agent orchestration, and tool-enabled reasoning.
• Architect agent workflows using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including multi-server and hybrid patterns.
• Integrate AI systems with REST/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud platforms.
• Understand contact center data and operations to enable self-service agents leveraging the client ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expert-level AI Architecture experience, including agent frameworks and planner/executor patterns.
• Deep knowledge of LLM architectures, embeddings, vector search, RAG, prompt engineering, and safe-output techniques.
• Azure cloud platform expertise and cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on Python development, containerization with Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating with REST/GraphQL, event-driven systems, and microservices.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Unity Catalog, and enterprise data governance best practices.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, orchestration, data lakes, scripting tools, testing automation, Agile delivery, and version control.
• Expert level for primary skill: AI Architect, 10+ years experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MCP hosts, clients, and servers, including design of custom MCP servers.
• Knowledge of Cognigy with NiCE and the NiCE CCaaS platform to operationalize scalable agents.

Role Logistics & Notes

• Hybrid role with 2 in-office days per week. No travel reimbursement.
• No subcontracting through sub vendors.
