Job Description

We are seeking a Metrology Equipment Technician to join our team supporting photomask production. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SEM/EDX operations, metrology tool maintenance, and troubleshooting and a proven ability to ensure calibrated, reliable equipment performance while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate SEM/EDX and related metrology equipment to support photomask production.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and performance verification.
• Troubleshoot nonstandard equipment issues and develop recommendations for resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update training manuals as needed.
• Support buddy, trainer, and certifier responsibilities when assigned.
• Participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in materials science, physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience considered with 3 or fewer years in field.
• Hands-on experience with metrology tools such as SEM, AFM, or scatterometry.
• Proficiency in preventive maintenance, calibration, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail with sound problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across shifts.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in photomask production environments.
• Familiarity with documentation control and training content updates.

Shift & Schedule:

• Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
• Days: Wednesday to Friday; every other Saturday.
