BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager II, Remote - California Time zone/CST, in the United States.

Pay Range: $45 - $55/hr. on W2.

Job Title: Project Manager II

Summary:

• Junior Project Manager with 2-4 years' experience assisting Legal and the Strategic Program Delivery Team in managing projects to assure effective, efficient, and timely delivery.
• Role spans the full project lifecycle as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and managing operationalized program processes.
• Project and operational support for key PPR Legal initiatives, including project scoping and needs assessment, project planning, project delivery, XFN organization and coordination, scheduling and meeting management, documentation development and management, reporting and communications, and operational delivery of tasks. Qualifications:

• Candidate should understand and be able to navigate and lead work across the full lifecycle of a project.
• Role requires a detail and action-oriented approach with the ability to effectively manage schedules and competing priorities.
• Additional requirements are strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration and facilitating difficult conversations.

Must-Have Skills:

• Some Experience in full cycle Project Management
• Strong interpersonal skills, Engaging and collaborative, directional
• Good Negotiation skills, Conflict resolution
• Bit Tech savvy-basic google suite, basic spreadsheet.

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Presentation skills
• Content Development
