BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst for an opportunity in Newark, DE!

Position Title: Project Analyst

Location: Newark, DE

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 AM

Shift Days: Monday - Friday

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ months

Job Type: FULL TIME 40 hours a week, CONTRACT, ONSITE

Pay Range: [$38/hr] - [$39/hr]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

Support trade processing platforms through the monitoring and resolution of issues under supervision

Interact daily with clients, internal stakeholders, counterparties, traders, custodian banks and management

Inputs, instructs as a maker and dependent for second level approval or decision.

Perform tasks under guidance of supervisor

Delivers small ideas/ projects under supervisor

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

Good interpersonal and team building skills

Must be composed and detail orientated

Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Impart training to new joiners

Update Standard Operating Procedures

Must be able to analyze issues and escalate in timely manner.

Good knowledge of financial markets and products

Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment with an emphasis on risk mitigation and efficiency

Good written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting is required

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

Proficient with Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint. VBA , AI Tool and SQL knowledge is a plus.
