Job Description

We are seeking an AP Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with invoice consolidation, SAP, and Concur and the ability to support accounting and supply chain operations while maintaining data confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate invoices for supply chain using Concur.
• Provide administrative support to accounting and supply chain team members.
• Apply accounting and financial policies to address questions and resolve non-routine issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Utilize MS Office, SAP, Concur, and related applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma and 0-1+ years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree in accounting with related experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, SAP, and Concur.
• Ability to learn and apply basic accounting concepts and follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to produce accurate accounting documentation using established formats and tools.
• Computer literacy with accounting software and applications.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• 1+ years of experience using SAP in a supplier-facing role.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience leading small teams.
• Regular interface with internal business partners and vendors or suppliers.
• Experience with SAP Concur.
• 3+ years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry with emphasis in aviation support services.
