BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Application Programmer V opportunity in Jersey City, NJ.

Position Title: Application Programmer V/Front End developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 12+ months Contract

Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, ONSITE

Pay Range: $60/hr -$68/hr

Description:

• This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Developer should work independently and able to translate creative software design concepts and ideas into reality using (front end technology) React JS , html and css. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.

  Required skills

• Excellent development skills with React JS ,html, css, pyspark, hive and teradata
• Considerable Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Design Patterns skills
• Excellent in writing SQL Queries
• Excellent problem solving and evaluative skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Good understanding of testing concepts in agile development
• Rest API using Python
• Unix shell script
• Autosys
• Good Understanding of Secure Coding Risk Management practices
