Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Multimedia Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in video, photography, and event production management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional creative execution that delivers high-quality content across social, digital, broadcast, and event channels.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage in-house and external videographers, photographers, and freelancers, including scheduling, assignments, feedback, and quality oversight.
- Provide art direction and guide visual storytelling to align with brand values, campaign goals, and audience needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, social, strategy, brand, and executive stakeholders to gather requirements and align deliverables.
- Serve as primary liaison with external creative agencies, ensuring strategic alignment, timeline adherence, and consistent execution.
- Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production workflows for video, photo, and event content.
- Develop production schedules, storyboards, scripts, call sheets, shot lists, permits, contacts, and releases.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, vendor sourcing, and hiring of freelance talent and production partners.
- Act as on-site production lead, line producer, and director for video and photo shoots.
- Handle shoot logistics including locations, staffing, talent, props, and equipment needs.
- Operate production equipment as needed, including lighting, sound, and teleprompter.
- Ensure shoots remain on schedule and deliver content that meets strategic goals.
- Partner with editors on pacing, structure, style, and music direction prior to rough cuts.
- Manage review cycles in Frame.io and ensure final assets meet brand and creative standards.
- Archive final assets, legal documentation, and backups for future use.
- Support and manage events from small meetings to large-scale activations, including run of show and production plans.
- Coordinate staging, AV, photography, videography, vendors, onsite logistics, attendee check-ins, releases, and day-of operations.
- Maintain archives of photo and video assets and manage recording and uploading of announcements and screen content.
- Upload monthly visual assets to Sprout Social and lead creation of social video content aligned to campaign calendars.
- Source stock and archived assets to support production needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-10 years of video, photo, and event production experience in business or public sector environments.
- Demonstrated experience producing content for social, digital, broadcast, and event platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; Asana experience is a plus.
- Reel or portfolio showcasing video, photo, and event work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, macOS, Google Drive, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video and photo equipment and production techniques.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
- Competence in budgeting, scheduling, creative concept development, and stakeholder communication.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in agency or studio production settings.
- Familiarity with Frame.io and Sprout Social.
Work Schedule & Other Requirements:
- Ability to work a 37.5-hour workweek in a hybrid model, three days onsite and up to two days remote.
- Flexibility to work additional hours and occasional weekends based on production schedules and event needs.
- Willingness to collaborate and take on additional tasks as required.
- Ability to travel to all Massport properties.
- Ability to pass controlled substances testing and security background checks as required by Massport.
