BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Performance Operations Support Specialist for a Remote opportunity

Role: Operations Support Specialist - Talent System

Duration: 1+ Year

Locations: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: 02/09/2026

Job Type: Contract - Remote

We are looking for a contractor to support performance management systems and operations within the Digital & Analytics team. This role focuses on system support, issue management, releases, testing, documentation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Provide operational support for performance management applications
• Track and triage system issues and assist with troubleshooting
• Support quarterly system releases, testing, and user training
• Maintain documentation, job aids, calendars, and issue trackers
• Coordinate change requests with business and technical teams
• Schedule meetings, capture notes, and share action items
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Teams)
