BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated IT Systems Analyst Specialist Sr for an opportunity in (Remote)

Position Title: IT Systems Analyst Specialist Sr

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: Monday to Friday: 8.00AM to 5.00PM

Pay Range: $45/Hr - $51/Hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Requirements:

Requires a High School diploma or GED

Requires 1 - 2 years of related experience Provides outreach to members via phone to support with care plan next steps, community or health plan resources, questions or concerns related to scheduling and ongoing education for both the member and provider throughout care/service

Provides support to members to connect them to other health plan and community resources to ensure they are receiving high-quality customer care/service

Qualifications:

If so, for how long?* Have you had direct external (outside of the organization/company) client interaction? If so, for how long?* Do you have experience presenting materials on the phone or video conference to external audiences, and updating those materials on the fly during the presentation?* Do you have experience eliciting and writing business requirements, functional requirements, and low-level technical requirements for the same deliverables? If yes, describe.PRIMARY PURPOSE: To lead the business analysis efforts for implementations and large, multi-line projects; to review, analyze and document internal and client user needs; and to provide mentorship and leadership within the business analysis team.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Leads the requirements management efforts for large projects to include new client implementations and large strategic projects; devises and executes a requirements management plan for assigned projects; and takes ownership of the business analysis role throughout the project. Identifies and understands stakeholders; initiates and facilitates meetings and discussions with stakeholders as appropriate. Works with project managers, project requestors, operations, business representatives, IT representatives and clients to ensure complete understanding of software requirements; provides business related IT knowledge to clients and business representatives during the requirements management process. Produces project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wire frames and other documentation as required, using standard templates. Meets deadlines and manages work to timelines. Mentors team members.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). Travels as required.QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree required; major in computer science field preferred. Experience: Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
