Location: Remote (Austin, TX, Hudson, NY)
Anticipated Start Date: ASAPPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCForward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 2 Months Job Type: [>%3D40 weeks] [Contract] [Remote] Pay Range: $55 - $65/hr. on W2.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Job Title: Project Manager III
Duration: 2+ months
Location: Remote - Austin, TX, Hudson, NY
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage project activities that support program management including calendaring, vendor management, content management, and global communication.
- Build cross-functional relationships between departments and with external vendors.
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities while minimizing risk.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to stakeholders.
- Analyse technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Direct, review and approve deliverable designs and changes.
- Consult or negotiate with internal stakeholders to prepare project specifications.
- Provide expertise and data analysis of the Client Business Partners for Agencies program KPIs, cross-functional initiatives, and strategic plans.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Strong knowledge of computer software, such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and project management software, such as Asana.
Must-Have Skills:
- Cross group collab: Stakeholders data scientist/marketing scientist, transforming technical content for easy-to-understand dashboards.
- Project management/budget management skills.
- Communication, write posts, go to market team (documentations).
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Training experience (facilitating training and education sessions)
- Web Development and Event Management skills.
Education/Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in project management coordination
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Event and educational workshop management experience preferred.
