Location: Franklin, MA 02038
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.40/hr Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week | Hybrid Potential
Anticipated Start Date: 1-2 weeks
Assignment Duration: 50 days

Job Title: Outreach Coordinator

Assignment Duration: 50 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct outreach, intake, and case management services to veterans and their families.
- Develop individual recovery plans (IRPs) based on comprehensive assessments.
- Refer and accompany veterans to appropriate community and governmental service providers.
- Conduct trainings related to suicide prevention, substance abuse, and crisis intervention.
- Represent SAVE/SERVE Teams in community events, interagency meetings, and public forums.
- Advocate for veterans' rights and assist in navigating court systems, housing, and healthcare resources.
- Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to HIPAA and agency standards.
- Valid Driver's License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication, public speaking, and case management skills.
- Comfortable working with at-risk populations, including suicidal individuals and those with PTSD or TBI.
- Familiarity with military culture and veterans' service systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evening or weekend events.
- Proficient in following protocols, writing reports, and managing multiple priorities.
- Veteran candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience with veteran treatment courts, crisis intervention, and outreach coordination.
- Working knowledge of state and federal veterans programs.

- Enhanced understanding of federal veterans' programs and policies.
- Increased familiarity with interagency collaboration and case coordination.
