Job Type: FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY) Contract Hybrid

Pay Range: $54.75/hr. on W2

Job Description:

Responsibilities: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in ServiceNow is required. Advanced level of proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is recommended. Solution Architecture proficiency and ServiceNow Advanced Workflows proficiency at an advanced level are suggested.
Develop innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow applications
Lead and mentor team members on best practices in ServiceNow development
Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes and workflows

Must-have skills for this role:

3. Solution Architecture

Nice-to-have skills:
1. Bank experience
2. Good communication
3. Client facing experience
