BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager II in the Bellevue, WA.

Position Title: Program Manager II

Location: Bellevue, WA.

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 3 Months

Pay Range: $45 - $55/hr. on W2.

Job Title: Program Manager II

Duration: 3 months (high possibility of extension).

Location: Bellevue, WA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyse technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
• Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

Typical Day in the Role:

• Engaging with the team - Central capacity and Business Engineering team.
• Tracking progress, meeting requests for submitting, monitoring, tracking capacity requests and efficiencies
• Engaging with the central capacity team.
• Sharing guidance with team, keeping everyone up to date- meetings, posts.

Top 3 must-have HARD skills:

• Capacity planning.

Good to have skills:

• Ownership.
• Time sensitivity.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
