BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager II in the Bellevue, WA.
Position Title: Program Manager IILocation: Bellevue, WA.
Anticipated Start Date: ASAPPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCForward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 3 Months Job Type: [>%3D40 weeks] [Contract] [Remote] Pay Range: $45 - $55/hr. on W2.Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Job Title: Program Manager II
Duration: 3 months (high possibility of extension).
Location: Bellevue, WA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyse technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Typical Day in the Role:
- Engaging with the team - Central capacity and Business Engineering team.
- Tracking progress, meeting requests for submitting, monitoring, tracking capacity requests and efficiencies
- Engaging with the central capacity team.
- Sharing guidance with team, keeping everyone up to date- meetings, posts.

- Capacity planning.
Good to have skills:
- Ownership.
- Time sensitivity.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
