Job Description

We are seeking a Producer to join our team supporting the the client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in PC and Console game production, Azure DevOps and cross-functional project management, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality features and live operations outcomes on schedule.

Top 3 Hard Skills:

• Strength and skill in organizing and leading meetings, including tracking and managing follow through of necessary outcomes (5 years)
• Use of project management tools, especially ADO, to track work, create dashboards and easily communicate and visualize project state (5 years)
• Producing clear and readable reports appropriate across a variety of altitudes from teammates to Leadership (5 years)

Responsibilities:

• Identify, communicate, track, and report on assigned tasks and work items across multiple projects.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery of features, content, events, testing, localization, product extensions, and user engagement.
• Review and provide informed feedback on development schedules and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to remove blockers and enable delivery to release goals.
• Communicate status and updates on critical work items to stakeholders regularly.
• Unblock workflows by applying existing solutions and implementing new tools or processes where needed.
• Provide flexible assistance to other Producers as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in PC and/or Console video games.
• At least two shipped PC or Console titles with a verifiable Producer credit.
• Hands-on experience with live operations or Games-as-a-Service.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and modern project management tools.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills with the ability to document plans and drive execution.
• Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills.
• Proactive approach to identifying gaps and product needs without prompts.
• Experience supporting distributed teams and comfort with remote collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• First-hand knowledge of the Gaming franchise and PC gaming.
• Scrum certification as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
• Familiarity with C#, C++, or similar languages and basic engineering concepts.
• Ability to add perspective that improves franchise outcomes and player experience.

Role Logistics

• Onsite at Redmond Town Center. Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. No overtime expected.
• Chance for extension: Yes.
• Equipment provided by supplier: laptop, mouse, headset, and extra monitor.
• Hard Skills Assessments scheduled ASAP. Process includes 1-2 rounds. Standard interview questions.

Disqualifiers:

• No prior gaming production experience on PC or Console titles.
• Recent experience not primarily as a Producer or Project Manager in games.
• Inability to commit to the assignment duration.
• Not located within reasonable proximity to Redmond, WA or unable to work onsite.
• No portfolio or work samples.
