Position Title: ServiceNow Advisor Project Manager

Location: REMOTE

Anticipated Start Date: 03/24/2025.

Expected Duration: 6+ Months Contract with Strong Possibility of Extension.

Job Type: [Contract (40 hours weekly)], [Remote]

Pay Range: $43.99/hr. - $45/hr.

• As an Advisor Project Manager, you will have a lead role within an innovative team, working to deploy world class customer solutions principally using the ServiceNow platform.
• With this senior position the Advisor Project Manager shall principally be required to lead one or more of our client engagements through to successful completion.
• This may include management of complex client relationships and large programs.
• As the owner of their aligned service delivery, the Advisor Project Manager will define the project goal, outcomes, and standards within the team.
• identifying the opportunity for improvement, and most importantly facilitate outstanding client delivery experiences.
• You will have a great understanding of project management, consultancy, service delivery, and organizational change methodologies.
• A strong portfolio of successfully delivered client engagements is necessary, and an understanding of the ServiceNow platform would be desirable.
• Some understanding and experience or Organizational Change Management would be desirable

What does the job involve?

• You will be a part of a team of ServiceNow specialists principally delivering ServiceNow solutions to a diverse client base.
• Providing project or program leadership, you will lead the client engagement facilitating the design and delivery of the optimized service offering or desired content.
• Specifically aligned to ServiceNow you shall lead complex, diverse client and internal engagements meeting demands from across the sales and delivery lifecycle.
• Lead workshops to build and maintain both business and client understanding, lead delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Producing high quality documentation and professional business interactions regardless of size and scope of each aligned engagement.
• Mentoring and training more junior members of the team.
• You will need to have the ability to work from home and to travel to client locations for meetings and workshops as needed.

What do I need to succeed?

• The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years' Program Management experience with both waterfall and agile methodologies to deliver large scale, diverse customer projects and programs.
• In addition, I have 4-5 years' experience of implementing ServiceNow.
• A great understanding of Project Management and Service Delivery concepts.
• Delivery assurance principles and procedures.
• Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

You will have obtained some of the following certifications:

• PMP or equivalent
• ACP for Jira project mgmt.
• Scrum Master or equivalent
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator
• ITIL Foundation

  Other Qualifications:

• You will need to have outstanding communications both written and oral, ability to present to customers including C-Suite executive level; and be highly focused on providing strong service leadership.
• You will be able to lead the client engagement, own the client relationship, and deliver outstanding customer success.
• Delivering to agreed schedule and within budget.
• Able to work as part of a team or individually to define and manage project timelines, you will need to be pro-active, creative, and able to research solutions and make recommendations, willing to learn and take on new challenges.
