Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (.NET) to join our dynamic Real Time Communication Team supporting the NvD - RTC Resiliency project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in .NET Core/C#, ASP.NET MVC, RDBMS and NoSQL (MongoDB, Elastic, Redis) and a proven ability to design, build, test, and deploy scalable applications while collaborating across Agile teams. This role requires 10+ years of experience in a senior developer capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications and systems.
• Collaborate with leads and internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
• Develop documentation throughout the SDLC.
• Work with RDBMS and NoSQL databases including MongoDB, Elastic Search, and Redis.
• Partner with Scrum Master, Product Managers, Application Leads, and stakeholders to deliver complex products and iterate on features.
• Learn, collaborate, and mentor other Software Engineers.
• Develop MongoDB and API prototypes and proofs of concept.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Object-oriented programming expertise with C# and .NET Core/ASP.NET MVC.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• MSSQL 2008-2016 including T-SQL, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Experience designing RDB schemas on SQL Server.
• TDD or BDD experience and familiarity with mocking frameworks.
• Familiarity with architecture styles and APIs such as REST and RPC.
• Knowledge of Redis, Elastic Search, and RabbitMQ.
• 10+ years of relevant software development experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Backlog management with Jira.
• Frontend experience with Angular, React, Blazor, jQuery, or Bootstrap.
• Cloud and containers on AWS or Azure.
• Production experience with MongoDB at scale.
• Experience working with remote and global teams.
