- Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana
- Monitoring for gaps
- Event, change, incident, problem management skills
- Good communication skills
- Automation mindset - continuous focus on automation opportunities
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting.
- Working understanding of public cloud.
- Consumer banking experience is preferred.
- Working experience on tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace and Grafana.
- The role requires weekend support as part of shift based coverage
- Assists in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace and Grafana. Work closely with the L2/L1/AD teams to improve thresholds and alerting of critical flows. Assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Identify monitoring gaps and implement solutions, by leveraging the best monitoring tool(s) to address the specific gap. Identify & solve issues within TTR to avoid financial losses and reduce customer impacts.
- Automation - Leading and driving the identification and implementation of automation opportunities across the application and infrastructure environment
- Identifies issues for escalation and partner with Operate Teams, AD and PM teams to identify single points of failure which should be monitored with a heightened sensitivity and proactively Auto-ticket on issues which could turn customer impacting if not resolved.
- Supports incident, problem, and change management for applications and infrastructure. Maintenance of the firms systems to ensure operational stability and availability.
- Act as the second line of support for requests involving ATM hardware or applications and operations processes
- Partner with various ATM Support groups team and product owners to resolve issues, defects, and conduct root cause analysis
- Be a problem solver for onsite ATM vendors requesting help with operational support questions responsible
