Position Title: OCM Communication LeadLocation: Columbus, OH Anticipated Start Date: 12/02/2024Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. One of our globally recognized clients in the fashion industry is looking for an Organizational Change Management Communication Lead to join on a contract basis. This person will lead the development of a communication strategy, plans and materials with the associated deliverables. These deliverables would include but are not limited to:
- Develop a comprehensive communication strategy
- Develop a comprehensive communication plan
- Develop communication templates (Internal/External)
- Develop master communication delivery schedule
- Developing an organizational change approach for varied complexity projects or program workstreams using a defined methodology, including sponsorship, communications, training, reinforcement, and resistance management
- Developing communication strategies, plans and materials
- Collaborate with project stakeholders (business users, HR professionals, IT) to identify user-specific communication needs based on roles, functionalities, and desired outcomes. Assess current communication preferences to design appropriate communication plans
- Align communication strategies, plans and activities to tell a cohesive story across the entire program.
- Develop and define strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps for communicating to diverse audiences
- Maintaining a high degree of cross-functional team coordination
- Expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities such as OCM communication, OCM Training and OCM Readiness.
- Experience in a framework for managing the effect of new business processes, new technology or changes in organizational culture within an enterprise.
- Proven experience in creating and delivering engaging communication strategies.
- Strong understanding of storytelling and communication methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to captivate and engage diverse audiences.
- The candidate should also have experience with design and development of Communication Plans and Materials
- The candidate must be technology aware and should have experience with technology projects.
