Position Title: Sterile Processing Educator

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46237

Shift: 7.00 AM - 3.30PM

Job Type: [FULL TIME (>%3D40 HRS WEEKLY)/ [TEMP], [Remote]

Pay Range: $30/Hr - $34/Hr

Requirements:

The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile

Must Have Skills/Experience: Sterile processing expect, Regulatory expertise (AAMI,AORN,OSHA etc.) Technical proficiency, Communication Skills, interdepartmental collaboration, Continues Improvement mindset, Assembling and packaging, decontamination, quality control and assurance, records keeping, sterilization, sterility maintenance assurance, problem solving, customer service, instrument proficiency, management skills,
* Preferred Skillset/Experience: Knowledgeable of Censistrac Tracking System.
* Type of Patients on Unit: N/A
* Personality Fit: Ability to lift, pull and push minimum of 25 pounds

Dress Code:

* Scrub Color: Blue (Facility provides scrubs)
* Any unacceptable attire: Any attire that expose any sensitive part of the body.
