Job Description

We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in grounds and lawn care, landscaping, and operation of lawn equipment and a proven ability to maintain safe, clean, and attractive outdoor areas.

Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, and watering to maintain grounds.
• Plant and prune small trees, flowers, and shrubs.
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including mowers, spreaders, edging tools, and sprinkler systems.
• Follow safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with lawn care equipment such as mowers, spreaders, edgers, and sprinkler systems.
• Knowledge of basic landscaping, planting, pruning, and irrigation practices.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work safely and reliably for an 8-hour shift.
• Experience level: 1+ year in groundskeeping, landscaping, or similar roles preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with industrial, commercial, or public property grounds maintenance.
• Basic troubleshooting of irrigation and sprinkler systems.

• Driving Required: No.
• Special Equipment Required: Safety shoes, pants, safety glasses, hi-viz.
• Hours per Day: 8.
• Labor Type: Industrial.
• Total Positions: 1.
