Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date. Expected Duration: 6 Months Contract with possible extension or possible Conversion to FulltimePay Rate Range :$25.00 to $26.00 per hour on W2.Onsite - In office 5 days a week

Responsibilities:
- Benefit Payment Services (BPS) assists retirees with questions regarding their pension payments.
- We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess a commitment to superior customer service to join our team of call center professionals.
Duties include:
- Receiving inbound calls
- Understanding call requests, problem solving as needed, and routing if required per client profile
- Assisting retirees with questions about their pension payments, tax forms, withholdings, etc.
- Sending forms via mail, fax, and email to participants
Qualifications
- Previous call center experience a plus but not required.
- College degree required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, internet, and email.
- Highly motivated, self starter who can complete functions with little supervision.
- Strong organization/time management skills &ability to prioritize.
- Ability to function well in a high volume environment & multi task.
- Adapts well to change and is a team player- ability to achieve both individual and group goals.
- Must have excellent communication skills & telephone etiquette with customer service focus.
- Excellent attendance record required.
- Must be willing to work overtime when necessary.
