Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume customer support, conflict de-escalation, and cash handling and a proven ability to deliver accurate, courteous service while meeting production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person customer assistance and resolve inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Apply conflict de-escalation techniques and deliver timely resolutions.
  • Perform accurate cash handling and 10-key data entry while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Use PC, Windows, Internet, and Google Suite tools to research, document, and process customer requests.
  • Meet or exceed defined production and quality metrics in a high production setting.
  • Follow LEAN concepts and continuous improvement practices to improve workflows.
  • Work autonomously and collaborate within a team while upholding confidentiality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with PC in a Windows environment, Internet, and Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Keyboarding/typing at least 40 wpm and 10-key proficiency.
  • Demonstrated conflict de-escalation and resolution skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. (Required)
  • 1+ year of experience in a high production environment. (Required)
  • Experience with cash handling. (Required)
  • Ability to clear background screening, including Arizona tax compliance verification and FBI level one fingerprint clearance through the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, including data gathering, synthesis, root cause identification, and option analysis.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, and/or LEAN practices.
  • One or more years working in a high production environment beyond the minimum.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Additional Details:

  • 100% Onsite.
  • Onsite interviews. Candidates must be available to interview onsite.
