Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic Personal Systems Security Response team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, security response coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder management and a proven ability to drive end-to-end ticket lifecycles, manage project financials, and deliver timely, accurate public advisories.

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal project delivery across medium to moderately complex efforts with medium to high risk within local or sub-regional scope.
• Own the lifecycle of security response tickets from intake, triage, and tracking through resolution and public disclosure.
• Coordinate with researchers, product teams, and cybersecurity stakeholders to validate findings and define mitigation strategies.
• Oversee preparation and release of public security bulletins, advisories, and customer communications with quality assurance for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the central point of contact for status updates, escalations, and resolution timelines.
• Manage stakeholder relationships at mid to upper levels and facilitate team decision-making processes.
• Manage project financials, meet or exceed budgets, and provide reliable financial forecasts to management.
• Lead internal and external resources, generally up to 20 team members, and provide input on performance and development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in project management or similar roles within technology or services organizations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of services operational policies, processes, and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing stakeholder communications and cross-functional coordination in security or technical environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and financial impacts for projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and risk management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP certification in progress or completed.
• Experience with security vulnerability response, public advisory publication, or product security processes.
