Job Description

We are seeking a GW/CW Laboratory Technician to join our Technology Development and Manufacturing Lab. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in analytical chemistry techniques such as ICP-MS, assay/titration, and chemical handling and a proven ability to perform precise chemical analyses that support silicon process development and high-volume production.

Work Arrangements & Schedule:

• 100% onsite.
• Laptop may be issued.
• 10-hour shift, Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• No overtime. 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on analysis of factory chemical samples using lab techniques including ICP-MS, assay/titration, and chemical cleans.
• Perform chemical analyses within a cleanroom laboratory environment.
• Support and sustain lab equipment, maintain housekeeping, and manage solid and liquid sample disposition.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop and refine processes, procedures, and techniques for new and existing equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and equipment best-known methods, including buddy activities for complex maintenance and sample analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology/Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related science or engineering field.
• 1+ year hands-on experience in analytical chemistry, including ICP-MS and assay/titration, with safe chemical handling.
• Experience with equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Basic knowledge of analytical, inorganic, or organic chemistry principles.

Preferred Skills:

• Willingness to learn new metrology and tools supporting semiconductor factory needs.
• Demonstrated tool troubleshooting expertise.
