BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Investigations Team Lead in Remote

Position Title: Investigations Team Lead
Location: Remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 6+ Months with possibilities for extension

Job Type: Contract: 40 hrs/week

Pay Range: $65 to $75/hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:
Healthcare fraud investigator leading a team of investigators to identify Medicaid fraud
waste and abuse, and make appropriate referrals to law enforcement or overpayment recoveries

Minimum Work Experience Required

• 5 years as a healthcare fraud investigator;
• 3 years investigating Medicaid waste, fraud and abuse;
• 3 years supervising an investigations team;
• Indiana Medicaid experience a plus

Degrees

• Bachelor's required (or equivalent work experience)

Certifications

• CFE, AHFI or other healthcare fraud investigative
• certification required
• healthcare coding and clinical certifications a plus
