Technician: Manufacturing - II (Day)

Shift Hours: 6am-6:30pm
Shift Days: Sun, Mon, Tues, every other Wed
Pay Range: [$25.00/hr] - [$26.00/hr] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Description
- Operates complex equipment and analytical tools in an ESD environment.
- Technicians are required to wear ESD lab coat and conductive shoe straps along with safety glasses during work.
- Multi-tasked responsibilities may include minor preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, non-standard processing and problem-solving.
- Primary job duties are to maximize output using constraint management techniques while sustaining process, equipment issues, training and cross training cluster members.
- Position requires working efficiently from standard procedures and specifications.
- Some, if not all, tasks performed require `repetitive motion to an extent.
- Position is highly physical where candidates need to be able to stand, move, walk, etc throughout the day.
Meet either experience or education requirement:
- 1 - 3 years' work experience in Semiconductor lab or cleanroom, work experience in production. Computer software exp, MS office.
- AA degree in related field, including computer software, semi-conductor, etc. OR Strong military experience w/ some post-high school education (degree not required).
- OR HS diploma or GED equivalent with experience in lieu of more than 3 years exp.
- Strongly prefer a min AS degree.
