Position Title: Escrow Support

Location: Lake Mary, FL 32746

Expected Duration: 03+ months with a high possibility to extend

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

• Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of timeshare escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.
• Ensures the imaging process meets quality control standards.
• Primary role is to scan/image escrow-related documents to insure history is archived and that vital records are protected, performs wire/ACH and check deposits into escrows and handles nightly banking deposits.
• Responsible for the daily retrieval and tracking of overnight packages and mail and disburses accordingly to the teams.
• Responsible for the monthly accounting reconciliation of certain projects.
• Maintains office supply orders. Maintains the conference room calendar and schedules, as needed.
• Ensures office is open at beginning of business hours and secured at end of business hours.
• Greets and attends to guests. Ensures support for escrow personnel, as needed
