International Tax Manager

Pay Rate: $117K

This role reports to the Senior Tax Manager for LATAM and involves collaborating with foreign finance teams across Latin America. The position is responsible for preparing tax returns and coordinating various tax-related tasks with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for multiple foreign jurisdictions.
• Manage tax accounting routines, journal entries, and financial statement tax provisions.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing regulations.
• Collaborate with external partners on tax documentation and inquiries.
• Work on profitability analysis and automation of compliance processes.
• Stay updated on tax law changes impacting international operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting or a multinational company, with exposure to Latin American tax compliance.
• Proficiency in OneSource Tax Provision (TaxStream), SAP, and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with robotics and Alteryx is a plus.
