Job Title: Mail Production Specialist
Location: 1239 Hanley Industrial Court, Brentwood, MO 63144
Hourly Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Duration: 04+months- Yes for extension and conversion
Target Start Date: 2/23
Shift Timing: Training - with HM, 1on1 shadowing while adding responsibility
Work schedule 6:30/7:30 AM-3:30/4:30 PM (negotiable)
No OT required but available
Must have:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Years of experience required: someone that has had work experience but doesn't have to be in related field. Will be training from 0 years of experience in the field. Would like someone with job longevity on their resume. ATTENDANCE IS VERY IMPORTANT
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently, troubleshooting
- Organized, Good time management, promptness, open to learning new skills
Purpose
- The Mail Distribution Center is responsible for the production and dissemination of a wide variety of subscriber- and provider-facing printed materials, including correspondence, training materials, marketing materials, and more.
Day to Day
- The person who fills this role would be acting primarily as a printer operator.
- They would be responsible for using our software systems to print the member and provider correspondence that we process daily.
- This includes sending files to any of our 6 production printers, making sure the paper drawers are full, the toner is replenished when needed, paper jams are cleared promptly, and that breakdowns are reported to the service providers.
- They also would be responsible for removing completed print jobs from the printers, making sure to keep them organized, and for ensuring that the print quality is acceptable.
- Expectations for performance are that each day's files are printed within the appropriate timeframe, minimum.
- Additionally, they would be expected to work ahead on future-dated work whenever possible, and/or to help out in other areas if needed.
